How did it start?
My name is Mateusz. My journey with football began when I was just 8 years old. From that first kick, I knew this wasn't just a hobby, it was my life’s calling. My dedication took me from a local club to one of Poland's elite academies. There, I lived the reality of a top-tier athlete: the relentless battle for a spot in the starting lineup and the unwavering dream of playing in the world’s biggest stadiums.
But at 18, everything changed in a split second. A slip during training led to a torn ACL, collateral ligament damage, and a ruined meniscus. In an instant, I went from the pitch to 11 months of grueling rehabilitation without touching a ball. That injury ended my professional aspirations, but it started something much bigger…
WHY IT STARTED?
When I finally returned to the field, I realized I had a new mission. After years of working with elite strength and conditioning coaches, I saw exactly what separates the "good" players from the "unstoppable" ones.
As a young player, I made a massive mistake: I spent way too much time designing my own training plans. I was a player, not a coach. I realized that my job is to put in the work and dominate the pitch, not to guess which exercises are the most effective.
